QuickBooks Skills
Horizon provides eight skills for interacting with QuickBooks Online. These skills let agents pull financial reports, manage customers, handle invoices, and query transactions — all through natural conversation.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Before an agent can use QuickBooks skills, your workspace must have an active QuickBooks Online connection. Navigate to Connections in the left sidebar to set up or verify your QuickBooks connection.
Available skills
Section titled “Available skills”Generate profit and loss reports with flexible date ranges, accounting methods, and column groupings.
Retrieve uncleared (pending) transactions within a date range, optionally filtered by customer.
Search for customers by name, email, phone, company, balance, or status with flexible pattern matching.
Create, update, or upsert customer records with full control over contact details, addresses, and phone numbers.
Search, create, and update invoices with line items, addresses, due dates, and customer associations.
Generate sales reports grouped by customer with configurable date ranges and accounting methods.
Generate sales reports grouped by product or service with configurable date ranges and accounting methods.
Generate sales reports grouped by department with configurable date ranges and accounting methods.
