Subscriptions

Choose a Horizon plan, manage it in the billing portal, and buy extra tokens from the Billing page.

Your subscription adds tokens to your organization’s wallet every month. Open System > Billing to see your plan, change it, and buy more tokens.

Plans

Horizon has three plans. They differ in how many tokens they add each month:

The Subscription Plans card shows each plan’s price. Use the Monthly / Annual toggle to switch between monthly and annual prices. With Annual selected, each plan also shows what it saves over a year of monthly payments.

The Billing page

The top of the page shows three cards:

• Token Balance — the tokens your organization has available.
• Current Plan — your plan and the tokens it adds each month, or No plan.
• Next Renewal — the date your subscription renews. When it is not renewing, this card shows its status instead, such as Canceled or Not subscribed.

Below the plans, Transaction History lists your 50 most recent token movements, with the app, agent and skill involved, the execution type and the date.

Subscribing

Owners, admins and billing admins can subscribe.

1. Open System > Billing.
2. Choose Monthly or Annual.
3. Click Subscribe on a plan. Horizon opens a Stripe checkout.
4. Complete the payment. The plan’s tokens are added to your wallet.

Changing or cancelling your plan

Once you have a subscription, Manage Subscription (and Change plan on the other plan cards) opens the Stripe billing portal for owners, admins and billing admins. There you can:

• update your payment method;
• see your past invoices;
• cancel your subscription, which takes effect at the end of the current billing period;
• on a monthly plan, switch to another plan. The prorated difference is settled on your next invoice.

An annual plan can’t be switched in the portal. To change an annual plan, email [email protected].

Buying more tokens

The Token Top-Up card sells extra tokens at $99 per 1,000, in packs of 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000. Choosing a pack opens a Stripe checkout, and the tokens are added to your wallet once the payment completes. Owners, admins and billing admins can buy tokens.
