Company Board

The Company Board is a strategic-level dashboard that provides executives and decision-makers with a consolidated view of organizational health, goal progress, and cross-department performance. Think of it as the boardroom view of your AI-powered operations.

The Company Board is organized into several panels, each providing a different facet of organizational status:

Goal Progress

A summary of all active company goals with progress bars, status indicators, and target dates. Goals marked “At Risk” or “Behind” are highlighted for immediate attention.

Department Scorecard

A grid showing each department’s key metrics — task completion rate, active agents, token usage, and error rate. Departments are color-coded by overall health.

Operator Insights

The Operator’s latest strategic recommendations, including resource reallocation suggestions, risk alerts, and optimization opportunities.

Key Metrics

Organization-wide metrics including total tasks completed, revenue influenced, cost savings, and SLA compliance percentages.

This panel shows every active goal as a horizontal bar with:

  • The goal title and assigned department.
  • A progress bar showing percentage completion based on key results.
  • A status badge: On Track (green), At Risk (yellow), Behind (red), or Completed (blue).
  • Days remaining until the target date.

Click any goal to drill into its detail page with full key result breakdowns.

The scorecard presents a table where each row represents a department:

Departments with a health score below 60 are flagged in red. Click a row to navigate to that department’s analytics page.

The Operator runs a periodic analysis of your entire organization and surfaces actionable insights on the board:

  • Resource recommendations — “The Finance department is processing 40% more tasks than last week. Consider adding an additional agent.”
  • Risk alerts — “The Salesforce connection token expires in 3 days. Schedule a re-authorization.”
  • Optimization suggestions — “Two agents in the Support department have overlapping skills. Consolidating them could reduce token usage by 15%.”
  • Goal alignment warnings — “No active tasks are contributing to the Q2 revenue goal.”

Insights are refreshed every time an altitude check runs, or you can manually trigger a refresh by clicking the Refresh Insights button.

The key metrics panel displays four to six configurable KPIs that represent your organization’s most important numbers. Default metrics include:

  • Total tasks completed (this month).
  • Agent utilization (percentage of time agents are actively working).
  • Token spend (current month vs. budget).
  • Error rate (percentage of failed task executions).

You can customize which metrics appear by clicking Configure Metrics in the panel header. Choose from predefined metrics or create custom metrics based on data from your connections.

The board supports multiple time ranges for all panels:

  • Today — real-time view of current-day activity.
  • 7 days — weekly trends and comparisons.
  • 30 days — monthly performance overview.
  • Quarter — quarterly goal and budget tracking.

Use the time range selector in the top-right corner of the board to switch views. All panels update simultaneously.

Click the Export button to download a PDF or CSV summary of the board. The PDF format is designed for executive presentations and includes all panels with their current data. The CSV format exports raw metric values for further analysis in spreadsheet tools.
