Company Profile
Your company profile is the foundation of Horizon’s business context. The information you provide here helps the Operator and your agents understand your organization, tailor their behavior, and make decisions aligned with your industry and scale.
Why the Company Profile Matters
Section titled “Why the Company Profile Matters”Horizon agents use your company profile as context when executing tasks. For example:
- An agent drafting a customer email will adjust its tone based on your industry (formal for financial services, conversational for a startup).
- The Operator uses your company size to calibrate expectations for throughput and resource allocation.
- Skills that generate reports format data according to industry conventions.
A well-configured company profile leads to more relevant, accurate agent outputs.
